Susana Vasquez founded epiku to work with individuals and institutions. Engagements are customized to the client and context.

She is also an adjunct assistant faculty member at the University of Chicago’s Booth School of Business, and has provided senior leadership for national, regional, and neighborhood organizations, including the University of Chicago, IFF, LISC, the Resurrection Project, and the Metropolitan Tenants Organization.

A graduate of Harvard University (MPA 2002) and the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign (BA 1992), she is earning a certificate from Northwestern University’s Executive Learning and Organizational Change program (2024).
